Refund Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.

Email hello@lunaluxeliving.shop with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care and beauty items cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale are also non-returnable.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
